Why You'll Love Us
Bitterley Races is a day for everyone, and as such, we offer far more than racing for all the family. So, if you want to entertain your family, then head for the funfair; alternatively you could spend your winnings and do some shopping; maybe just join your friends in the beer tent; or take a wander around the trade stands and food outlets.
Like all point-to-points, it could be muddy or wet, but it is always social. Bring a car full and make the day complete with a car-boot picnic.
A new addition this year is the Family Dog Show with numerous categories so please bring your dogs, whatever size and shape they may be. Please remember to keep them on a lead though!
Have a wander across the gloriously situated racecourse and enjoy the breathtaking views.

Judging to start at 11am before the racing starts £2 entry per class at the ringside Rosettes to 6th place in all classes – Prizes 1st – 3rd

Tickets £16 per person (on the day £20 per person)
Free entry for children 15 and under.
Free car parking.

Join the After Party Disco in the main bar from 5.30pm until 12.00am
Tickets £10 per person payable on the door, can be purchased in advance behind the bar in the beer tent. NO TICKET NO ENTRY!

How to find us
We are situated between Ludlow and Clee Hill (near the A4117) in the village of Bitterley (signposted off A49) SY8 3HF.

Short but galloping, basically flat course with gradual uphill finish from 3 out.

LH 2 and a quarter Circuits of course per race
3 mile: 8 Fences – 18 Jumps in race
2 Open Ditches (6/14)
2 mile 4 furlong: 8 Fences – 15 Jumps in race
2 Open Ditches (3/11)
